Through the contact and booking forms we collect: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number (optional), information about your request or stay (dates, boat) and the content of your message.

This data is used solely to respond to your requests, manage stopover bookings and maintain the relationship with members and visitors of the marina. It is never used for commercial prospecting.

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and on the association's legitimate interest in handling and following up on your requests.

Your data is intended only for the authorised board members of Nautic Club Kembs. Messages are delivered by our email provider Resend (resend.com) and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted (at the latest 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise).

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
