No data is requested from you: the site has no form, no user account and no registration. You can read every page without ever entering anything.

Two technical processes nonetheless remain. The host logs connections to its servers — IP address, date, page requested, browser — as any host does. And your browser stores, for the duration of your visit, the language you chose.

Not applicable: as the website collects no data, no processing takes place. Should you call the harbour office or write to it from your own email client, your contact details are used solely to answer your enquiry and never for marketing.

Not applicable to the website itself. For an exchange you initiate by telephone or email, processing is based on the association's legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, California, United States). Connection logs are therefore processed in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission: that is the safeguard on which this transfer relies.

No other provider is involved: the email delivery service was removed along with the forms. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Host connection logs: retained by Vercel under its own policy, for security and diagnostic purposes. Language cookie: deleted when you close your browser.

Exchanges you initiate by telephone or email are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then deleted.

The site sets a single cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers which language you are reading — French, German or English — so as to keep it from page to page. It is a session cookie: it is deleted as soon as you close your browser.

No advertising cookie, no analytics tracker, no social media button. The site does not know how many people visit it, and does not seek to know.

That is why you will see no cookie banner on arrival. A language preference cookie is on the French data protection authority’s exemption list: it requires no consent, because it serves precisely what you came to do.

Two outside services are used on this site, and only two.

The marina map is provided by OpenStreetMap. Displaying a map tile means requesting it from the OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which therefore receive your IP address. Those servers set no cookie and perform no advertising tracking — we checked.

The regional presentation video is hosted by YouTube in “no-cookie” mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Until you click play, nothing is requested from YouTube: only a still image, served by our own site, is displayed. Contact with YouTube happens only when you decide to watch.

Fonts, icons and all images are served by our own server. No third-party content delivery network is involved.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to nauticlub.kembs@outlook.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page, strict security headers and a restrictive content security policy. Being entirely static and form-free, the site offers no surface through which data could be intercepted.
