Elected committee
The committee is made up of volunteer members elected by their peers. It ensures the day-to-day management of the marina and the association throughout the year.
Association under local law
Nautic Club Kembs is a non-profit association governed by the local law of Alsace-Moselle (articles 21 to 79-XII of the local Civil Code). Its articles guarantee transparency and equality between members.
Harbour rules
The harbour rules define the conditions of use of the marina, the duties of members and the mooring conditions. They are available from the club committee.
