Rules
The marina rules in 8 points
The rules below apply to all vessels moored at Kembs marina, whether club members or visiting boaters. Compliance ensures the safety and peace of all.

Maximum speed of 5 km/h in the harbour and its approaches. Wake must be kept to a minimum so as not to cause wash liable to damage neighbouring vessels and the banks.
Mooring
Each boat must occupy the berth assigned by the harbour office. Mooring outside designated pontoons is prohibited.
Noise
Silence is required between 10pm and 8am. Combustion engines, generators and noisy equipment are prohibited during these hours.
Waste
It is forbidden to discharge any waste, hydrocarbons or black water into the waterway. Recycling bins are available on site.
Pets
Pets are allowed on pontoons if kept on a lead. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.
Safety
Wearing a buoyancy aid is strongly recommended on the pontoons for children, who remain entirely under the responsibility of their parents. Any incident or damage must be reported immediately to the harbour office.
Pontoon access
Access to pontoons is reserved for club members, visiting boaters and persons authorised by the harbour office.
Liability
Each user is responsible for their vessel, its equipment and its crew, as well as for any damage caused to third parties. The club accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage, nor for any personal injury. Each vessel must be covered by third-party liability insurance.
