Rules

The marina rules in 8 points

The rules below apply to all vessels moored at Kembs marina, whether club members or visiting boaters. Compliance ensures the safety and peace of all.

Speed

Maximum speed of 5 km/h in the harbour and its approaches. Wake must be kept to a minimum to avoid damage to neighbouring vessels.

Mooring

Each boat must occupy the berth assigned by the harbour office. Mooring outside designated pontoons is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Noise

Silence is required between 10pm and 7am. Combustion engines, generators and noisy equipment are prohibited during these hours.

Waste

It is forbidden to discharge any waste, hydrocarbons or black water into the waterway. Recycling bins are available on site.

Pets

Pets are allowed on pontoons if kept on a lead. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

Safety

Wearing a buoyancy aid is strongly recommended for children on pontoons. Any incident or damage must be reported immediately to the harbour office.

Pontoon access

Access to pontoons is reserved for club members, visiting boaters and persons authorised by the harbour office. Unauthorised entry is forbidden.

Liability

Each owner is responsible for their vessel, equipment and damage caused to third parties. The club accepts no liability for theft, fire or damage.
